We offer a wide range of activities for all ages and all abilities.
Open to anyone who wants to come along.

Badminton Club ... Open to all abilities!
Every Tuesday 7.30pm - 9.30pm in the Sports Hall.
If you have a racquet, bring it along. If not don't worry, there are one's available.
Everyone over 17 is welcome - regardless of ability. Wear comfortable clothes and trainers.

Relaxing Activities
Strand Cafe ... Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
Starting back 13th January 2025.
Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10am - 12pm Noon in Strand Cafe.
Drop in and have a Tea or Coffee, buns and biscuits.
Everyone welcome and totally free.
Donations welcome.

The 1,2,3 Club ... Tuesdays, once a month
Once a month, on the second Tuesday at 1pm in our Sports Hall there is a two course, hot lunch for £3.
This is open to anyone.
